February Crochet Plans

Hello Yarn Friends! (Non-yarn lovers are still welcome here.) 

Since February is upon us, I have complied my plans for the 2023 Crochet Challenge below.

For each challenge, I will link the pattern and yarn I am using, if possible. #oldyarnproblems All images of inspired projects come from the original source, which you can find when you click on the pattern link. 

Jan 29 - Feb 4: Pick a Yarn, Pick a Pattern!

Pattern: Free PDF. My yarn is a little smaller, but we'll adjust! 

Yarn: I Love This Yarn in Cobblestonia

Feb 5 -11: A valentines day gift for someone

Pattern: I found this via YouTube. I do not know if a written pattern exist. 

Yarn: Chunky Chenille Yarn, in Baby Greys and Mountain Mist

Feb 12-18: An Apron

Pattern:

Yarn: More Old Yarn! Sayelle can be found on ebay and Red Heart is still going strong. These are skeins of navy and gray.  

 

Feb 19 - 25: Earrings

Pattern 

Yarn: Ahh, my friend, the thin yarn.  

Feb 26 - March 4: A Pincushion

Pattern: Also found via YouTube. I do not plan on giving it a face, but doing some embroidery details instead. Also, I am omitting the teabag.  
Yarn: Shoutout to friends to give me their yarn!  

I'll use some polyfil as the stuffing. 

Monthly Big Project: 

For this project, I am planning on making a baby mobile. I have a variety of colors, and it will require lots of different shapes and characters. I am not following one pattern, but making this up as I go. I do have a theme, but I'll save that for other posts to keep you guessing. What do you think it will be? Also, how do I hang these things?
