Can you believe that January is already halfway over?!
It seems like a good time to announce the prompts for the February challenge, just in case you need to get more yarn before the end of the month. Now, I honestly don't know if I am going to finish the January prompts on time, but I'm still looking forward to other projects that I get to accomplish, hopefully in February!
Here is the weekly break down:
Jan 29 - Feb 4: Pick a Yarn, Pick a Pattern!
For this week, you are going to do just that. Pick any yarn that you want, then pick a pattern. It can be whatever you want it to be.
Feb 5 -11: A valentines day gift for someone
This can be a gift for a friend, family member, spouse or for yourself! You can make a practical gift or just whatever you think a good gift would be. You could even make a gift for your house, like a decoration!
Feb 12-18: An Apron
So, I picked this one because I need a new apron, and I found a pattern that I love while scrolling. You can make a kids' apron or an adult apron. You can even do a garden apron or an egg apron! See the pinterest board if you don't know what that is!
Feb 19 - 25: Earrings
Back to tiny thread. I love the look of crochet earrings, so time to try it!
Feb 26 - March 4 - A pincushion
Did you know that you could crochet a pincushion? While I don't sew, I know a few people who do, so I'm gift prepping with this one!
Monthly Big Project: I'm going to attempt to make a baby mobile. A few of my friends (3 that I know of, but I think there are more!) who are expecting, so it's time to start making gifts!
